Paolo is originally from Italy where he graduated Master of Economics at the Cattolica University. He also loves classical music and holds a Piano Diploma from Genoa’s Conservatory of Music.

Paolo moved to London in 1998 and has been working in financial services ever since. After a long career as a Mortgage Adviser, in 2024 he decided to step back from advising and refocus his energies solely on the leadership and management of the mortgage department; as well as looking after his extensive network of clients and introducers.

In a world of artificial intelligence, cryptocurrencies and automated emails, Paolo prefers to prioritise human interaction, to travel extensively, and to look in person, without filters, for what he calls “the real value”.

In his travels he continues to make the most of the five languages he speaks.
